Last year, I didn\u2019t publish a blog because I was busy caring for my great-grandchildren and participating in their upbringing. While I\u2019m still heavily involved with my family, I\u2019m learning to incorporate my personal interests into our family activities.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m excited to share that I have a new book out. This work chronicles my personal and professional journey, reminiscent of Percival from the Fisher King legend. Through my educational choices and personal experiences, I realized I was engaging in deeply meaningful work, even if I couldn\u2019t yet see how to apply what I was learning. However, I persevered.<\/p>\n

On the cover of the book, I open the door for you to join me on a transpersonal journey, exploring the lessons and insights I\u2019ve gathered along the way.<\/p>\n

Archetypal Tarot CounselingTM<\/sup><\/h2>\n

As I approach my 80th year on this planet, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude on the incredible education I\u2019ve received and the many blessed mentors who have guided me. These remarkable souls have moved gracefully between worlds \u2014 helping to bring change to the body-mind and opening pathways to spiritual awareness and healing. I am awed by my good fortune, and now I feel it is my turn to pass along what I have learned to the younger heirs of this journey.<\/p>\n

My offerings will include dream interpretation, guided imagery, laying on of hands energy healing, art therapy,<\/strong> and movement as catharsis.<\/strong>
\nHowever, our first exploration together will be Archetypal Tarot Counseling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tarot Symbology as a Therapeutic Tool<\/h2>\n

The Tarot is a rich system of archetypal symbols artistically pictured on seventy-eight cards. Each image represents essential aspects of our being \u2014 our hopes and fears, strengths and weaknesses, the interplay of body, mind, and spirit.<\/p>\n

According to Carl Jung, \u201cthere are as many archetypes as there are typical situations in life.\u201d These archetypal themes reveal themselves through dreams, imagination, and the subtle energies of the psyche. Through the Tarot, we can access these inner patterns and bring their wisdom into consciousness for healing and growth.<\/p>\n
